A few answers to some posts and some opinions…..I have always said I thought this was a marriage of 2 troubled companies in which the only ones who will profit are the insiders et al, playing their games and so far, that is exactly what has occurred in only 2 days of trading. Regardless of what some think, the sec certainly can halt this stock…will they? I don’t know…I have seen them halt many for same or less fiascos then this and let other known scams trade forever……however, as I see it, if the ‘rumors are true’ and ameritrade is going to eat this, then it is great for those that sold thru the loophole, great for those that bought and traded the dump and then nice run…..but not good for longs expecting a ‘squeeze’…ameritrade, if the ‘eat’ this will not be covering UNRESTRICTED shares anytime soon…..this was, maybe still is a great play for the gamblers, but most fail to realize that smart money follows great deals….They were not jumping on this….plenty of gambling dollars were thrown at it and plenty of money was made….but folks will not be ‘holding’ this stock…in fact, it is likely to be shorted like crazy……The bottom line is this is now a play that if, as I said, games will be and are being played….if you can ride these games to profit, great…more power to ya..I did and don’t blame anybody else that did….but be careful…….use common sense…this may go up and down like a yo yo, may get halted, may not…but it will end up, down, way, way, down….or gone…..so play it as you see fit as individuals, ignore the message board crap and take this for what it is…a scam, that is playable if played correctly, but risky at any price. This company set itself up for failure and why do they care as insiders will all be building their beachfront homes regardless…the longer they can milk this the more they will….but the end will be ugly, imo, and most folks opinions with just a bit of common sense and knowledge of the markets…. No buyers unless ameritrade forces retail folks to buy…that will bring a halt. Ameritrade has 2 years to wait to cover a stock likely that wont need to be covered….Anybody thinking ameritrade will eat billions needs to wake up…they worked a deal to take liability away from retail sellers to avoid millions of bankruptcies..maybe not that many, but a lot……They did not have to…it would be a mess if they didn’t, but they do have a disclaimer……Common sense says ameritrade would be bankrupt if they had to cover in ‘3days’ and p[rice was at .007 - .05 – it wont happen…play this as you see fit…I don’t know what the resolution will be until we see it…it is all hearsay until then…..play it, don’t play it…..just be careful…..the end result will be ugly, but frankly this fiasco, if settled as they are talking about, got a lot of longs holding restricted shares out of a big jam…those that hold restricted and didn’t buy the dump and sell the pump for 500 – 1100% or more, will be looking at their restricted shares one day, worthless, kicking themselves in the rear…others like I think(?) chevy and charlatan ( Names?..sorry ;>) -) grabbed the cheapies, made a ton and if the restricted shares are worthless, they will laugh….I mean they want them to be worth something, duh!...but if they are worthless, they still have a nice profits on this…….good luck to all….be aware of bashers and pumpers, and sorry, but I am neither…just somebody calling it as I see it and making money on this scam….listen to yourself only and be careful with this…..not one I would hold overnight no matter what…others do as they see fit…good night……good luck to all and sorry for any typos…my keyboard cant keep up with my brain <lmao>

Nope, not at all….Not here to save anybody…..if you don’t see this fiasco for what it is, you cant be helped…it is a scam that will make a lot of people a lot of money if they play it right and it will take LOSE a lot of money for those that are naïve and don’t play it right…plain and simple…

YEP……this will tank…and tank bigtime…does it rise to .05 before it does? I have no idea…but this looks to be played out…couldn’t break a penny today and unless they force retail folks to buy at market this will do nothing but fake up to sucker sheep and go down, hard…..people that think ameritrade will eat this loss only need to look at the regs….they will not be buying to cover at .01…IF they have to cover they have 1 - 2 years to cover a worthless stock…do the math….!!!!

And how many mistakes has ameritrade made and of those mistakes, how many got halted? How many did the RETAIL shareholder come out GOOD or BAD?? You can do the math…..Shares of PAIV weren’t even issued according to the company, so were you selling/buying real shares, restricted shares or vapor shares???? Good call on the selloff KG.
It wasn’t a call, it is common sense….as I said, as the games are being played this will go up and down like a yo yo if it isn’t halted……and like I also said, people need to look at facts to determine what will happen and when…all I can say is I think a lot will be made and more will be lost as greed overcomes smarts everyday…the smart will win, the naïve and greedy will lose….I cant say if this stock will sell off or jump….depends on what news/rumors they put out…but even an investing 101 grad can see that when it stops going up, it will be halted or fall so fast people will blink and it will be down another 25%...it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this will tank BIGTIME and quickly…- .03 one day and - .0003 the next..watch and see…..

GREAT..but NOT for longs….Do you really think ameritrade is going to take a billion dollar hit on this? IF that’s the case and the final solution, I feel bad for any longs…..OBVIOUSLY ameritrade will NOT be buying back at .01, they will be buying back at .001 or less……does that warm the cockles of the longs hearts…or how about them not having to cover since shares don’t exist, or if they make them exist, they are still restricted meaning AT doesn’t have to buy back for at least 1 year…and they will be buying back worthless shares, or if gone, they wont have to buy back anything!!!!..people really need to wake up and stop believing message board bs and do legit DD…shocking there are so many naïve people out there…
This is what I think Amer Trade is doing....
If they are buying back shares as a one time courtesy.... they are subtly admitting guilt. But will deny it flat out to your face and the SEC.
If they don't cover their mistake, they will get fined for allowing restricted shares to trade when they had total control.
The SEC won't look kindly on their action if they cannot cover the mistake within the 3 day rule.
LOL…guess again…..they will not have to cover in 3 days…where do you naïve people come from????…My gosh.,…go bury your money in your backyard…it will be a lot safer then playing blackjack, not knowing the rules and knowing the house wins 95% of the time…

lastly to the naïve person that keeps posting to me….why am I here you ask? Because I like making money on obvious scams…do you have a problem with that? If so, worry about your own profits, or more likely, losses and let others worry about themselves…..NEVER SHORT JP, NEVER SHORT PAIV….but I do like to make money, especially on such obvious and blatant scams………Will it go up? Maybe, and it MAY go up A LOT…I freely admit that….but if the right news doesn’t hit, this will tank faster then you can say “GOODBYE”, and it will happen, imo, just a matter of when not if, imo….GOOD LUCK…I suspect folks like you rely on ‘luck’ quite a bit…..
