RTO to QB takes more time so they probably start as pinky now.. But from here uplisting to QB is still in the works!

Other than this i understand your thinking they couldve just picked a nice clean shell with no questionable history..

Still, PMI is real,, so it's all good, from here getting to QB is closer than you might think.
