I assume this is directed to me... So will respond as if it is:

My due diligence gives me great confidence in their science - I also believe their IP depth is profound and is of great value - in some cases best in class. Value in my opinion is multiples of the current trade price.

I believe the time has come where big pharma synergies, distribution, product development pipeline management and marketing power coupled with this science could advance their go to market by leaps - benefiting patients and other stakeholders.

HB needs to acknowledge that and I give him full credit for their IP, but success now requires substantive and effective commercialization... that is where in my opinion he has had only modest success despite scientific brilliance.

The opportunities here with getting this right are massive.

I don't think he is the right guy to commercially leverage the IP he has created.

Maybe when he invested over a year ago and he believed Harvey would execute on his promises to build shareholder value. Then changed his mind after a year and a half of disappointment. This concept that once a decision is made or an opinion formed it must remain unchanged in perpetuity is what got most longs on this board in trouble in the first place.

Vintage, you have not been here long, but if you go back to the posts of 9 months ago, they are not only beating HB to the pulp but loathing ariad the company as well as its drugs as being toxic, dead and must be put on fire sale. That was only 9 months ago and Denner was here already for almost a year then. I always asked them why they are still invested in this company if they hate the management, the company and its drugs.
