Yes, I know I have read that and based on what I have seen and read it is not 100% conclusive that she did it to sabotage the trial. Could it be plausible? Yes. but it also could have been due to laziness.
People do some odd things. People don't always follow procedures and or protocols and take short-cuts.
My views of the CSM debacle has not made me sell my shares but I just don't see it as a slam dunk case where someone was paying JB to sabotage the trial.
