It is sabotage regardless of if she was paid or not.
When she screwed with the trial trying to hide her alteration of records on purpose its Sabotage. Maybe she is just crazy but keeping the records shows purpose and that means she didn't just mess up she did try to ruin or significantly alter the trial. PG

There are TOO MANY things that need to be EXPLAINED AWAY in th PPHM vs CSM case.

Furthermore your argument doesn't hold. JB could have, according to you, made secret notes besides the official ones out of LAZINESS??? Yet she was not as LAZY when she introduced FDA forbidden soft-glue labels in the trial while not needed at all?

And she was not to lazy to SWITCH the labels because labels don't switch of themselves.

And she did all this in a consistent and continuous over time fashion BUT only on 25% of the Ctrl Arm and 25% of the Bavi 1mg arm and NOT on the Bavi 3mg arm. That was an ATTEMPT to CONCEAL the sabotage IMO because if she would have done it on 100% (as she suggests) then it would have been seen immediately based on top-level data.

And out of LAZINESS she lied in e-mails to other vendors involved in the clinical trial?

And out of LAZINESS she didn't hand-over the trial to Finken properly when he took over? We are talking a Milj$+ project here.

And she didn't REPORT anything of all this to her manager Angela nor Finken.

BUT THE KEY QUESTION REMAINS: HOW AND WHEN WAS IT FOUND OUT THAT SHE KEPT SECRET NOTES?

Or maybe she made a mistake at the beginning and wanted to hide the fact in the hopes that no one would notice.

If you do that it is no longer an ERROR, it becomes fraud and you damage the trial sponsor by taking away the opportunity for him to stop the trial and start all over in early stage.

Furthermore AGAIN: The trial was not sabotaged by a single action in a single moment BUT OVER A LONGER period of time in a CONSISTENT WAY.
In that case , error, on error, on error, on error, on error, up to 25% of the control and 25% of the Bavi 1mg arm.

And AGAIN: Soft Glue labels = PREMEDITATION - NOT ERROR! You need to GET THOSE EACH TIME YOU DO THE SWITCHING.
