Somehow we need to get a hold of him and find out what is going on... I can understand playing this close to the chest, but it has been a year since we have had any hint of news... I'd settle for him to just say "Hey, just want to let you know we are still here and working on it."

Leaves 1.252 Billion at DUTV and 300 Million just went a missing so that leave 952 Million...Have those 600 Million Encounter Tech inc shares if ever released. New name would need a cusip # I think for that to happen. That would make it 1.552 Billion.
So 1.552 Billion - 1.29 Billion = about 267 Million (averaged up a hair), well provided those 167 Million TORQ shares are released. Otherwise You just have 100 Million shares...
Either that or there better be a huge Forward Split somewhere...
Tony had a O/S number and I believe it was under 300 Million if I remember right...go figure...
