I have is, with those 430 Million shorted divvy's that would = 1.29 Billion...

zero left here... other than 250 million NPT

zero left at CWIR...Other than 250 Million NPT and 10 Million Class A...

Leaves 1.252 Billion at DUTV and 300 Million just went a missing so that leave 952 Million...Have those 600 Million Encounter Tech inc shares if ever released. New name would need a cusip # I think for that to happen. That would make it 1.552 Billion.

So 1.552 Billion - 1.29 Billion = about 267 Million (averaged up a hair), well provided those 167 Million TORQ shares are released. Otherwise You just have 100 Million shares...

Either that or there better be a huge Forward Split somewhere...

Tony had a O/S number and I believe it was under 300 Million if I remember right...go figure...
