this seems pretty good:

To summarize this PR:

- The company is finalizing a $3.4m contract with a major US retail chain. Will we possibly see their product on the shelves? We shall soon find out.
- Production has been scheduled to start since March 19, 2015
- The company plans to update their filings and become current in coming weeks.
- There will be no reverse split.

ITCJ$ .. I got some new updated information about ITCJ .. SS is the same matching OTC and the new updated Tel# today per TA is now 1-801-303-5737. The recording name is Lance Hansen. (Not really clear on the Recording if it's Lance or Han Hansen you can call urself) I ask the TA who can change the SS and Tel, they said only the CEO. Is the CEO of ITCJ is Lance Hansen? The area code of 801 is Salt Lake City, Utah. If you guys remember 3-4 weeks ago the tel number of ITCJ was change to 1-720-963-8055 (Colorado) which is Energie Lighting and CEO is Hal Hansen. (dial ext 100)

The Tel New numbers of TA does not match the one on the OTC listed tel number of 972-870-4441 ..Both new numbers was given by TA 1-720-963-8055 (4 weeks ago) and now to a new #1-801-303-5737 just today when I called TA.

I spoke with Han Hansen CEO of Energie Holdings at around 2:45P 720-963-8055 ext 100 and he said last fall they where in the process of acquiring ITCJ and not anymore and said if you need more info call Pacific Stock Transfer. How did he found out that TA was pacific Stock Transfer? ITCJ TA was just change to New TA to Pacific Like 4 weeks ago. He must be watching this POS on the IHUB board And he might be involved on some kind of a deal with a different group trying to acquire this POS.. He said he is not the CEO or Chairman of ITCJ. Guess what ? Energie and ITCJ has the same TA Pacific Stock Transfer. If you guys remember, ITCJ change TA to Pacific and the suppose news like 3-4 weeks ago brought this to 2's with huge volume.

Spoke with Han again (3:00P) and he said ITCJ board was trying to vote him as Chairman of The Board of ITCJ last fall and it did not push through. I been asking him several times who the CEO and the telephone number of the Shell ITCJ when they where trying to acquire it. He said he does not know. Lol... If you are trying to acquire a shell and you don't know the CEO and the BoD and the Tel of ITCJ you must be lying or just plain "I don't know" or Stupi$. Anyways, I am trying to figure all this out. Looks like a RM or BO going on but not with Energie Holdings but probably from a different group and Han Hansen is probably involve acquiring ITCJ with a new group. Lets see what is up with this POS in a couple of weeks. This is a lotto play for me hope I win. Lol
