if you read the Q the 10 million preferreds authorized are convertible 1000 shares to 1 preferred and that equals 10 billion but as per the Q Connie has already given away 999,999 preferred and that equals 1 billion and would leave 9 billion left after conversion also if you read it goes on to say they carry voting rights and are exempt of any reverse split those are the shares i would like to own glta
