GLITCH here is Eagle owed Pablio 300k sence 2013 at 12% interest to be paid quarterly, so he got something, was hoping not shares, that he would let the stock run so he could get his monies out
if he got shares that he can cash in at 45% then we have a situation developing
i just fugured he was smarter than this
to post the 2nd billion knowing it would decap the heading up makes me wonder what his plan is.
