You are right. Don't understand why, but companies who haven't filed in 6 yrs. have become deregistered later than ones that haven't filed in say 3 yrs.

Believe me, I know from hands on experience. Three of my "former" stocks are now deregisterd for not filing.

Buying or holding this stock is "highly risky".
