The SEC charges are civil violations not criminal. So no room without a view. The trial is still on schedule for next year. The trial in SC starts in Sept of this year. Lets see Vinnie worm his way out of that one.

Dakawa.....Did I ever mention a trial?? No, I think everything gets settled out of court. Vince takes his sanctions, pays his fines, and moves on. The question is to whether he or the boys will be allowed to ever run a publicly traded company again?

There'll be a trial a year from now, unless Mr Lobster and Turino settle before then. The "charges" have already been brought.

fung there isn't going to be any trial. We would have seen charges by now.
