fung there isn't going to be any trial. We would have seen charges by now. Look at what happened at ECNI. They put the CEO in jail for misleading press releases. He is still in jail as a matter a fact. If the SEC thinks Vince is guilty, they would have given him a nice room without a view, and don't bend over warning...
