Like I am sure the FDA did not like us writing to OMB and alerting OMB to violations of the paperwork reduction act, so too should we continue to fight the FDA if they try to screw Amarin further. What we need is a reason or a lawyer willing to file a civil suit against the FDA on behalf of shareholders.
