if the AWARDING of the number or amount of markers was ALREADY based on a 3:1 (prfd to common) ratio

how is the money split now

same amount to a quantity of markers --- as THAT quantity that you own v your neighbor is based already on a preferred share to common share 3:1 in award quantity

I do not know - it hurts my head to try and walk through that logic
