I just looked - probably for the first time in years

And I have a quantity of what I see as the escrow market

939ESC99

In one account its 500 in another its 2000 etc.

Question

If I already have a quantity --- and I held odds and ends of H and P and K and common - was there not some MATH and LOGIC to creating the QUANTITY of the escrow I hold? (so much for common and so much for K and so much for P etc.)

If that is the case and that formula was P is 40:1 K and both preferred stocks are 75% v Common at 25% then why will the money coming out (say 100 million and another 100 million or 200 Million) be divided again 3:1 .... has that math and division of 3 here and 1 thee --- been done in creating "my amount of shares of Escrow ((for lack of another name to call the quantity of 939ESC99 that I own in several accounts --- all different amounts)

I actually thought I had a marker - and if there was going to be money - then the marker (with no quantity)would become a quantified LT interest/claim based on the 3:1 (and 40-1 of P to K)

But if I have a quantity - is not that 3:1 already done

(by the way - anyone able to note what month that escrow exchange for equity occurred so I can look back at what I owned in each account ? Was it mid 2009?
