I hope you are joking about approval based on a 40 patient arm of a phase II trial.

I don't understand why PPHM longs aren't concerned that PPHM moved into a large phase III trial based on a small corrupted phase II trial rather than spend the money doing a series of phase II or phase I/II trials with their "wonder" drug Bavi to identity prime cancer indications. The poor PPHM begin taken down by a conspiracy of big pharmas schtick was old the first time it was raised let alone the 1000th time.
