Very good post mathmanjc. This is the price you have to be willing to pay if you want to buy in 'early'. There are pros and cons of being an early investor. The pros are that the price is much cheaper, and you have the chance of making windfall profits 'if' things go well, and the company makes it. The cons are, that you have to be willing to deal with tremendous volatility, and possible diliution, while the company grows. The way I see, it, it's simple--- If people can't handle any of this, they need to wait until the company has 'made it', before they buy in. Sure, the price will be much higher, but also, much more stable. All of the issues that we are dealing with now, are exactly the reason why many people refuse to buy penny stocks. It's a choice we have made, so we really should'nt complain.

>>As far as the dilution, I am not happy that the PPS has suffered, but I agree with JF and think it is very important to have cash in the bank. We have the funds, and when we are profitable, WE DO NOT HAVE TO REPAY ANY LOANS BACK. DEBT FREE is GOOD. <<<<

In order to get those 5B shares! GZFX needs massive volume...which tells me "Massive PR's by Chrismas"

What needs to stop is the "massive selloffs"! A higher sub count could slow it!

mathmanjc,

I attribute the low PPS more to the professional traders taking huge profits at the expense of the not so experienced trader, than I attribute it to dilution.

The profits the traders take out and put in the bank is money gone from the GZFX stock and thus the PPS stays lower until new money comes in to replace it.

Another thing that lowers the PPS is a lot of folks viewed GZFX as a way to get rich quick and invested way more than they should have. Then when they start losing money they get uncomfortable and bail out.

Until the company increases subscriptions substantially to start turning a profit, this stock is owned and controlled by the traders.

I am not trying to bash traders. I trade a little myself. This is just the way it is, IMO.

Just my opinion.

GLTA.
