IMO, after hearing the webcast yesterday, I believe that JF and CHip are doing their very best to get this company up and running. I believe they know that they are not going to get a huge amount of subs from the CC deal (yet), and that they have to pay a lot to CC, but this deal is a great way to get our name out to the public.
As far as the dilution, I am not happy that the PPS has suffered, but I agree with JF and think it is very important to have cash in the bank. We have the funds, and when we are profitable, WE DO NOT HAVE TO REPAY ANY LOANS BACK. DEBT FREE is GOOD. Too many businesses and people survive nowadays on credit. I believe it would be a bad idea to accumulate a huge debt at this point in the game because we are a long way from profitability.
GZFX has a REAL product. They are making REAL relationships with other companies. IMO they are not trying to scam anyone.
JF sounded very angry yesterday. I BELIEVE HE HAS A RIGHT TO BE ANGRY. Many of us, out to make a quick buck in the OTC are harrassing the TA, harrassing CC employees, harrassing Target people. WE COULD BE JEOPARDIZING all that JF and "Chipper" are trying to do.
Even at 9 billion shares, do a 1 for 20 R/S and we get down to 450 million shares, on to a bigger exchange, ALL WITHOUT ANY DEBT. They are too many chicken littles here.
I have been back and forth of the fence, but now I believe I am being level headed. This is not going to be a get rich quick thing. It will take time.
GGI=BAD, Dillution= BAD, Secrecy=Bad, but as you all know... sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to survive.
