U.S. can grow its way out of deficits-Bush aide

WASHINGTON, May 18 (Reuters) - Top White House economist Edward Lazear predicted on Thursday that the United States would be able to grow its way out of its fiscal deficits.

"My view is that in fact the evidence is that we are growing our way out of the deficit," Lazear told a tax forum.
