U.S. can grow its way out of deficits-Bush aide

WASHINGTON, May 18 (Reuters) - Top White House economist Edward Lazear predicted on Thursday that the United States would be able to grow its way out of its fiscal deficits.
"My view is that in fact the evidence is that we are growing our way out of the deficit," Lazear told a tax forum.

When inflation equals growth, you can "grow your way out."
Some punches are so telegraphed you would be a fool not to duck. This is one of them.
