You nailed it - Big investor willing to pay for the mine build. They would need to invest 400-500 million most likely, and then we would be a functioning mine.
In reality I do not think this is a dream but more of a real potential. the niobium market is heating up and we will be positioned to take advantage of the heat in a few months.
