I too sense that mgmt is having talks with parties that could change the game here overnight. Pure speculation on my part, but I'd wager there's more going on behind the scenes than we know about.
Existing producers of niobium are more than capable of fulfilling market demand for the foreseeable future. It would seem that there is little appetite for any investment in new niobium mines especially in the 400 - 500 million dollar range.
