problem here is Management(Brent) has promised " Aggressive Promotion " After the PEA was complete, that never materialized. I have ben averaging done for years now, and its time Management stepped in and BOUGHT shares with there own money.
Management loves plunge in share price so they can continue to load up on cheap options for themselves .

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at that one. I'm sure management has been saying just that to themselves through each dilutive financing. I'm sure they'll be saying the same thing 8 months from now.
The amount of financing never had to be this bad if they would have just listened to a few of us...
You were right, I was wrong. The PR said they want to have the mine built in a couple of years. The recent placement will pay taxes and other stated items until the thing gets built assuming the time frame is legitimate. The placement should take care of those overhangs. As much as I hate the financing, they had to do it.
Now we need an agreement. You're right. The results of the financing would help with negotiations.
