I hope you don't mind if I add my two cents. Whatever you base your decision on, you can be sure that Jim Briscoe has a reputation for integrity and honesty. He has been optimistic on timing issues here and I think he would admit it is taking longer than he thought it would, due partly to unforeseen circumstances.
With apologies to everyone here who has heard this 50 times, I have gone to lunch with him a few times, have driven the claims outside Tombstone with him and two other shareholders from Tucson, and have asked local geologists and business acquaintances about him and about LBSR claims. I have heard nothing but good about him and about board member Dr. John Guilbert. Certainly listen to the legit crit here, but, in my opinion, JB is only avoiding a definite "no" on the R/S question because no one can tell the future. He regretted the first one. Good luck.
