My two cents is that the dreaded Reverse split is a Boogeyman used by the cynical to scare the Kids.
Market value is market value, regardless of haw many or how few little pieces it is traded around with.
I don't need anyone to point out the present state of our market value. The fact is that a 1 for four RS tomorrow, all else being equal and unchanged, would represent a net change of ZERO.
What would matter at that point is if more shares began to fly off of the printing press.
And the ONLY thing that matters in the here and now is that the Co. is successful in obtaining funding for Phase 1 at Hay Mountain and the terms under which it is obtained.
I have little question in my mind that Briscoe has had multiple opportunities to move forward with funding under terms he found completely unacceptable. If true, I would consider that an indicator that future success, should it come, will far, far exceed the expectations of the garden-variety message board cynic.
