Did I mention anything about a life changing moment?
I was just questioning if iHub had ever heard of redundancy, an honest question, wouldn't you think?
Let me see.... I would believe that iHub with the number of users signed on and the types of services that are being subscribed to from those users it's probably a pretty profitable company, wouldn't you say?
...and then reading the post about how tiring the support folk(s) are after working diligently to get everything back up and running again seemed to me to be reaching for some pity.
Now being tech savvy and having worked the industry for many years I can surely tell you that redundant systems and backups are a thing of the norm that makes life much easier when networks go down or hardware breaks.
So no not life changing at all, just a little 'behind the times', if you ask me.... and it was very humorous to see the message appear for hours and hours... 'be back up soon, try again in a few minutes'..... LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL
Now it has me concerned and questioning the security of the iHub data.... i.e. Our billing info (for paying customers)
