True. The last 3 companies I worked for have been pretty small, fairly low budget places, but we take "incremental " backups all day long, and the most we could lose is 10 or 15 minutes of data.
- Rebuild server -restore full backup from yesterday - restore incrementals up through point of failure.

According to IH Admin, they have a third-party (which is an industry-wide norm) who processes all the billing for IH. According to IH Admin, they are not privy to this information.
