I think we're way past the point of criminal investigations and "what have you"...6 months past. I personally think these guys are in hiding and the SEC has "bigger fish to fry". Don't get me wrong, I'm sure these AEGY "con execs" are looking for a way to indirectly sneek back into the industry if they can find an entry point.
Their "winning formula" with the pharmajanes.com website is still live at this point. I mean, the website was nothing short of brilliance, such that people STILL believe it is operational today!!! The designers of pharmajanes.com weren't good, they were AMAZING and not just in appearance, but from a business standpoint, it was comprehensive alluring any and all types of investors. It's amazing!!! Too bad nobody ever picked up the phone!!! HA!!!!
The final PR was "over-the-top" and the SEC knew it. They knew that when AEGY suddenly released "6000 NEW CUSTOMERS" that everyone was going to "bite hard". Grab a calculator, multiply 6000 new customers X $400 a month (1 oz ???) That's arguably $1/4 MILLION a month in touted revenue for a company with a phony internet address, no girl picking up a phone on their website, annual financials showing a loss, a fake merger that never happened, and a REDICULOUS "Getting Doug with High" video every week...
I mean look, with the very last PR, AEGY knew they were done. They had their "exit strategy" under way, and the SEC actually did us all a favor... The scam worked sooo well with that BEAUTIFULLY done website, that even today, there are still loyalists that are "loading up on these heapies", or "to da' moon"!!!
