BULL - I'm sure their position was disclosed to the court.

They have committed no crime... Nothing like Vanguard and BlackRock who probably had a bunch of puts and sold out.

what does that mean? will fidelity have to buy back or sell? if they have to pay a fine do shareholders get benefit?
could this go to court and if so this could take a long time to resolve?
will we see any positive price increase in the stock?
