Jim, If I may I like to add some questions for you to inquire about.

1. Could you see if we can get transcripts of the 2 speaking engagements IDCC spoke at in the last several weeks?

2. Inquire about the licensing page that we where told would be back up weeks ago.

3. Why has the analyst estimates page been down for so long?

4. Do the plan sales have any effect on when news can be reported, or maybe a better way of asking do planned sales fall under the same FD rules and regulations as to timing of news releases and insider sales?

5. Does IDCC feel that momentum is still on their side?

I feel that all the questions are important but I give more significance to how number 5 will be answered. THX in advance.

I am shocked at your last comments. I guess your remarks toward me will never end. I provided what I was told by what I believed was a reliable person. I made it clear that I didn't know the exact status but was told by my provider that the patents were now the property of IDCC.

Can you actually define what you meant with the comments about Espy and my source. I see them as being a mean and spitefull comment, and maybe I am wrong and misjudged them, but a clear and defining explanation from you could remove the doubt.

I have almost came to the conclusion there is no post that I post that you don't either take exception to or have snide remarks about, if you don't won't me to post, then tell me and I will quit as I am kind of tired of it if you want to know the truth.
