All we know about Mexico and it's very reasonable speculate it's true... cost build significantly cheaper, interest rates lower and energy is higher. (Avg 13 kw/ us is around 8). If us project costs 1.5 build union labor... easily say project Mexico could be around 900 million to a billion so that's what rounding up 200 million. If he can align those ppas then yeab I can see a investor throwing that in or big llc with line of credit.

A quick 30 day turnaround when it was all said and done was about 90 days so that's fast so the norms seemingly be about 4 to 6 months? I think that's ballpark...according Pickett he's been bidding since oct 14 (4 months) still very much within province of reason. Come June/July/august then yeah that's a concern.
