apple just invested in first solar project. Big deal. It's a 280 megawatt solar panel farm that cost 850 million to build (if I read the articles correctly. Which were all written terribly). Do you even realize that a 280 megawatt solar facility would be lucky to average 80 megawatts per hour. Solar wind is a 1200 megawatt solar/wind project that cost 1.5 billion to build, and it will average around 400 megawatts per hour. At best the farm that first solar is building with Apple would have to cost 4-4.5billion to build to produce the same amount of electricity as Swet. So great for Apple in going green but there are plenty more companies that are going to want to go green for cheaper, and you know why? Because they don't have 200billion dollars to throw away like Apple. FYI Swet is a real company with a real project with real potential to sell GREEN ENERGY FOR REALLY CHEAP.
