Enesco Group makes several key mgmt announcements (ENC) 2.02 +0.02 : Co' Board of Directors and Cynthia Passmore have mutually agreed that Ms. Passmore will no longer serve as President, Chief Executive Officer, and director of the co, effective May 15, 2006. Ms. Passmore will continue as a consultant to the co during a transition period until September 15, 2006. The Board has appointed Marie Meisenbach Graul as co's Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday, May 15, 2006. The Board has formed a search committee to begin an immediate search for a permanent C.E.O. The Board has not identified a specific timetable around the identification of a permanent C.E.O., and plans to conduct the appropriate due diligence required to identify an executive who will be the right fit with co on a long-term basis. The Board will also continue its search for a permanent Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
