Big 5 Sports reports $0.08 above consensus; guides Q2 EPS below consensus; guides Y06 EPS in-line (BGFV) 20.21 : Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.26 per share, $0.08 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.18; revenues rose 9.0% year/year to $207.2 mln vs the $202.7 mln consensus. Co issues downside guidance for Q2, sees EPS of $0.23-0.27 vs. $0.30 consensus. Co issues in-line guidance for FY06, sees EPS of $1.23-1.33 vs. $1.28 consensus.
