As Oracle pointed out, one way or the other (ISO or non ISO) the awards will be made. At any rate, the approval or not only comes at the time of the ASHM, most likely in the fall again, and the 10K and 1Q 10Q will most likely be irrelevant.

What matters is the here and now and the impact upon the PPS in the here and now.
