Question..Can any one post the IDCC, either SEC filing or news release where IDCC mentioned a problem with the JPO regarding their patents..and a legal determination that their patents were still valid..until a higher Court affirms the lower Court..TIA..
Question Number 2..Is Matsushita royalty recognition..waiting on new patents from IDCC to be approved in Japan? ...which IMO was the position taken by RMARCHMA..or is Matsushita waiting on the revalidation of old contested patents of IDCC in Japan? TIA.
