All independent auditors are obligated to report to SEC any companies they audit even if they were fired halfway. It's like doctors are required to report child abuse if they suspect one even when the patients transfer to another hospital.
To say audits will be out eventually with no solid due date or estimate means nothing. As Meow can predict we are all going to die. Exactly when that is up in the air for most. Dying is sure thing tho, as audits may not be. Does not make Meow psychic, just realistic.
d8catman...I'll go along with a little bit of criticism of the audit company/CPA blame game issue in that from my understanding we're given the impression that it's never NTEK's fault...it's the audit company or CPA's fault, etc.
I'm not buying that argument "hook line and sinker" until I see evidence to prove that is/was the case.
If auditors and/or CPA's were at fault...where is the accountability? These professionals have bonds and/or insurance, etc. to compensate victims and if indeed NTEK has been maligned in one form or another by one or more of these types of professionals they owe it to shareholders to seek a remedy to rectify it on behalf of all of us.
So when I see a lawsuit or something similar with the evidence submitted, then I might get with the "blame game" program.
I have no doubt that bad things can and do happen with Audit Companies and CPA's. See the link below for what another company I'm familiar with had to deal with and maybe a little understanding of what NTEK could in theory have to deal with. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=110685655
