d8catman...I'll go along with a little bit of criticism of the audit company/CPA blame game issue in that from my understanding we're given the impression that it's never NTEK's fault...it's the audit company or CPA's fault, etc.

I'm not buying that argument "hook line and sinker" until I see evidence to prove that is/was the case.

If auditors and/or CPA's were at fault...where is the accountability?
These professionals have bonds and/or insurance, etc. to compensate victims and if indeed NTEK has been maligned in one form or another by one or more of these types of professionals they owe it to shareholders to seek a remedy to rectify it on behalf of all of us.

So when I see a lawsuit or something similar with the evidence submitted, then I might get with the "blame game" program.

I have no doubt that bad things can and do happen with Audit Companies and CPA's.
