The deal is they will get done when they will get done. I'd be very surprised and very glad if they came out on Feb. 15th, but I doubt it. Patience is the key, as with any good investment, if you're willing to give it time to grow.
NTEK please explain to the board how a company tells an auditing firm when to have audits completed by. Unless your going to pay the auditing company an insane amount of money to have them completed by a certain date it impossible. NTEK has advised this to shareholders who contact the company and now again in the last LETTER to SHAREHOLDERS stating that they had to switch auditing firms. There coming. Followed by an uplisting. Glta

Just click on the news link and se for yourself.....NTEK has been promising audits since 2011....... And if one really looks at the released fins....it's very easy to see why they will never be released......
Agreed. Its complete BS and gives the folks who think this is a scam even more justification and im incline to agree with them on this one point. What is this???? The third audit firm now? How many CPAs have they went through? Leeds me to believe that NTEK is letting firms go when they find questionable accounting and are unwilling to break the rules for them. Why would they need yet another auditing firm? Can anyone answer that?

I don't believe for one second that all the auditing will be completed and I'm quite certain nobody from the company would have said that and it certainly isn't something an auditing company would disclose. imo
