Wait a minute so you are saying that people go to place and hold a meeting and set up rules like you can only post 10 times in 6 hours and then sets the actual time frames PLUS requires if you post your opinion that you have to then go make a stock post relating on topic to a stock thread.
Now I found that to be extremely inhibiting on "Freedom of Speech" ... However, because this is a moderated site and its charter is already designed and approved I can't for the life of me see why you are here. If you do not like the business concept then go post where you do. No one is forcing you to post here nor anything. It is merely a site for people who agree with the concept. SI has it and SI has a band which totally silences where IHUB has a mere delete.
IHUB is a private enterprise and they offer a moderated thread for those that want to try to have some harmony. It makes people have duty in there posting and basically deals with freedom of speech as does the norm. You can't go scream gun in an a school, abondon ship on a boat, Fire in a Movie, etc.
Freedom of speech does not extend that priviledge. If you yell P&D, SCAM and effectively cause a stock price to fall because people believe you and sell are you not in affect doing what is unacceptable in our society? That which you do not have a right or priviledge to do.
