this is my point. ihub is a private site which has written their own rules thereby controlling the content of this site. There is no freedom of speech here. They control the content. This site is run by people with business relationships and friends. They are not unbiased or non-discriminatory. They can say "the chairmen set the rules" to try to get around discrimination issues. Then if the chairmen says "only white people can post positive things about our affiliates such as jagfn" ihub is not to blame.

RB and Yahoo are about to be sued because of tos enforcement and discrimination by a freedom of speech group.
