There is no R/S. All claims of R/S have been not from the company. They would have started the process by now if they were dead set on R/S for uplisting. Takes a month just to complete the R/S and another month to hold the 30 days to apply. I am starting to think the terms for the extra $10mil just involve them completing the audit and filing SEC forms for uplisting. Depends if the private firm is using the new OTC rules.

The company has said multiple times that a "R/S is not out of the question" and that they must "do something with the share structure".
