There is no R/S. All claims of R/S have been not from the company. They would have started the process by now if they were dead set on R/S for uplisting. Takes a month just to complete the R/S and another month to hold the 30 days to apply. I am starting to think the terms for the extra $10mil just involve them completing the audit and filing SEC forms for uplisting. Depends if the private firm is using the new OTC rules.
