As far as the rest of your post...I think you're getting ahead of yourself based on todays activity. Mkt was terrible and a retreat should be expected. It will probably bounce back somewhat, tomorrow.
PS: Unfortunately it is probable and likely that many longs who post here are hep to the activities of these bastards and trade their own shares accordingly... adding to the down pressure and to the pain of others out of the loop
Interesting that you are pointing this out and I thought the same thing when Nasgovitz received the cold reception. This control has been mentioned over the past several years by a number of posters on the various boards. I tend to believe their claims/suspicions, especially since there are a select few posters (that I highly regard) that made it quite apparant that there is interest parties that keep the shareprice in check at all times.
