By what time if they have not taken out 1630 would you say there is not much chance of a ramp and look to scalp a few short into the close??

I realize they can run her up anytime, but thinking that if they are going to ramp her, they would start taking her up slowly and build momentum and if not started by a certain time, all that may be left is EOD selloff?

Actually, 1623 COMP and 1201 NDX are lines that need to be watched. Back to close on the lows.
