IMHO, after this morning swift down, COMP has been forming a bullish flag (15 mins intraday chart). The upper trend line is @1630+/-.

If they're going to ramp it higher, it should be right about now @1625+/- (76.4% of the move betw 1630-1624).

Agree; if they can't prop it before 3:30, they'll have a hard time pumping it higher.
