Has it ever occured to you,
that by posting portions of your business plan,
and using those portions to support an on-going argument,
that you might be (note the use of "might"),
waiving whatever confidentiality may exist as to that document.
In other words,
you can't selectively quote portions of a "confidential" document that you control and expect others not to be allowed to post other portions in their possession as rebuttal.

So you guys didn't even treat your own BP as confidential material, but instead left it laying about in an unsecured directory on a server attached to the public internet? Tsk, tsk.

I don't know why you want to persue the matter in public, it just makes you guys look bad. Someone inside the MarketFusion organization should be sweating it out over this screwup, IMO.
