NTEK should first give their current share holders hope of getting their money back.

NanoTech GL has assets & HVEL shareholders (or whichever ticker)
would be LUCKY to have them since NanoTech can give old shareholders
hope of getting their money back: Hope they do NOT have with a
defunct business, which is what makes the SHELL available to a
company in the FIRST PLACE!!!
