Previous activities of management, & any shell, impact NTEK how
exactly?

NTEK has a team-member with over 20yrs experience guiding companies
in the OTC & higher exchanges. They have CLEARLY taken their time
to do their DD (after having announced the acquisition target over a
month ago).

IF NTEK finds anything preventing them from an S-1 registration
(the ONLY HUGE concern imv) then they'll find another shell: At this
point, how does ONE think a shell got to be AVAILABLE for acquisition to begin with?

Because the previous business EXCELLED? Brought in MONSTER BUSINESS? Made their SHAREHOLDERS a ton of money?


No. Every shell will have folks who invested in a business that
didn't succeed. PERIOD.

That is of ZERO reflection on NanoTech. NanoTech wasn't running
their business.

NanoTech GL has assets & HVEL shareholders (or whichever ticker)
would be LUCKY to have them since NanoTech can give old shareholders
hope of getting their money back: Hope they do NOT have with a
defunct business, which is what makes the SHELL available to a
company in the FIRST PLACE!!!


Be prepared to be MISINFORMED...More FRAUD DD FEIGNING HIGHER
